All orders are processed within 1 - 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Orders are shipped by Royal Mail Second Class and should arrive within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) following your dispatch notification email.
At busier times of year, such as the lead-up to Christmas, please allow extra time for your order to arrive.
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days via the contact page or emailing fuelledbyjoy@gmail.com for assistance. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
